This Careables Training Kit is based on three main phases that we identify in the process of prototyping healthcare solutions: Preparation, Guidance, Reflection. These phases are core elements of any collaborative process and especially important for the production and replication of careables. In the preparation section we give guidelines on how to attract participants and establish partnerships with support organisations. We also present details on how to prepare the co-design sessions from a very practical perspective, such as assigning clearly defined roles and rules for collaboration.
