We are living in an age where socio-scientific and values education are assuming increasing importance in the school curriculum. Science is certainly viewed as one of the key teaching domains in which students can explore underlying beliefs and values as well as develop reasoning and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions about socio-scientific issues.
