Studies based on a multifactor analysis of anamnestic data for 300 children with hydrocephalus treated in the neurosurgery department of the National Center of Maternity and Child Health are presented. The data were collected according to a specially developed questionnaire, including the medical, social and clinical sections. 267 children were examined. The formulation of clinical diagnoses was carried out in accordance with ICD-10. In conclusion, we can conclude that among the children with GDC was a high percentage of premature births (28.0%), with complications (69.7%), rapid and prolonged births were 26.0% and 22.3%, respectively, along anhydrous period and weak labor activity was detected in 16.7% and 15.7% of cases, respectively
