Sirri marriage is a term that is often developed among the people which means underhand marriage; namely a marriage process in accordance with the rules and regulations that apply in Islam, such as the presence of guardians, witnesses and consent qabul, it's just that no registration is carried out at the office of religious affairs (KUA) as an official officer and the office of the Ministry of Religion for those who carry out their marriage according to the Islamic religion , and at the Civil Office for those who carry out their marriage according to religion and beliefs other than the Islamic religion.
