НАУКОВО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ СВІТОВОГО ДОСВІДУ ЯКОСТІ ПІДГОТОВКИ БАКАЛАВРІВ ФІЛОЛОГІЇ

The article contains the results of scientific and pedagogical analysis of world experience in ensuring the quality of preparation of bachelors of philology (teachers of foreign and native languages, teachers, translators) in the context of the review of Ukrainian and foreign studies. Also used data of domestic and foreign normative documents (educational standards, curricula and programs, methodological recommendations, etc.) of the advanced countries of the world, in particular, Canada and Poland. The aspects of scientific interest of Ukrainian researchers to the achievements of Polish experience in the field of quality assurance of the training of future teachers, teachers of English and the Canadian national system of multicultural training of teachers (teachers) of domestic and foreign languages have been clarified. It is determined that in the context of Canadian philological education, the basic standards of preparation of bachelors in philological faculties are aimed at: studying the second state language and / or another language; provision of programmatic implementation of the communicative approach to the study of languages (formation of linguistic, discursive, sociolinguistic and general cultural competences); development of key competencies of the personality of intercultural direction. In the programs of most educational institutions in Canada, these competences are consistent with components of the content of education that are considered as learning strategies and cultural technologies that form a common language competence and provide intercultural capabilities of the individual. In the process of comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign experience of the problem of preparation of bachelors of philology, it became clear that educational systems of Canada and Poland have standards of competence that are easy to adapt at the national level of bachelor philological education. Prospects for using the experience of these countries when creating the article of the research technology of monitoring the quality of preparation of bachelors of philology in Ukrainian higher education institutions are defined: development and improvement of standards for the training of specialists in philology; provision of multicultural orientation of the educational process; application of modern educational technologies; Individualization of traineeships of students; optimization of the number of academic disciplines in curricula and educational programs
