Active detection of a pre-ulcerative condition in workers and employees of industrial enterprises. The work was carried out at the enterprises of agricultural engineering - the production associations "Tselinogradselmash" and "Tselinogradkormmash". 13,192 workers and employees were examined by preventive examination for the purpose of early detection of diseases of the stomach and duodenum, pre-ulcer and peptic ulcer. Conclusion: In the group of identified patients with pre-ulcerative condition, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, persons with: a) relatively favorable; b) "aggressive" course of the pathological process. Monitoring of the state of health of patients with "aggressive" nature of the pre-ulcerative state and peptic ulcer revealed the rapid progression of the disease in these patients. They had a shorter pre-ulcerative period (up to 2.5 years), with frequent exacerbations of the ulcerative process and a high percentage of surgical complications (27.5%). Работа выполнена на предприятиях сельскохозяйственного машиностроения — производственных объединениях «Целиноградсельмаш» и «Целиноградкорммаш». Профилактическим обследованием с целью раннего выявления заболеваний желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки, предъязвенного состояния и язвенной болезни исследовано 13192 рабочих и служащих. Вывод: В группе выявленных больных с предъязвенным состоянием, язвенной болезнью желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки установлены лица с: а) относительно благоприятным; б) «агрессивным» течением патологического процесса. Мониторинг за состоянием здоровья больных с «агрессивным» характером предъязвенного состояния и язвенной болезни выявил быстрое прогрессирование заболевания у этих пациентов. У которых выявлен более короткий предъязвенный период (до 2,5 лет), с частыми обострениями язвенного процесса и с высоким процентом хирургических осложнений (27,5%).ulcerative process and a high percentage of surgical complication
