Abstract Green human resource management becomes important to provide environmentally friendly products and operations, manage corporate environmental programmes successfully and to overcome implementation challenges of corporate environmental programs. This study examined the influence of green human resource practices on organizational sustainability of colleges in Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh.
