Abstract Objective: To observe Feto-maternal complications seen in hypertensive disorders of pregnancies managed at a tertiary care hospital Study Design: Cross-sectional survey Place & duration of study: Two year study conducted at CMH Lahore from January 2012 to January 2014 Methods: All pregnant patients booked at CMH Lahore ,diagnosed with a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy were included in the study after informed consent. Patients were followed throughout their pregnancy and at time of delivery. The fetal and maternal complications that occurred were noted.
