It is a factor of worldwide recognition that the work environment can influence the quality of life and health of all people. And the university professor in the development of his functions is exposed to different conditions which can compromise his perception of quality of life. In this perspective, the research objective is to investigate the quality of life perceived by university professors on four dimensions: mental health; Physical health; social relationships; environmental relationships. This is a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative), exploratory in nature, with a descriptive design and a comparative approach.
