Innovative activity in AIP

The article is devoted to topical issues of determining the factors and ways to intensify investment activities in the AIP of Ukraine. Recently, the macroeconomic performance of the agricultural sector has deteriorated significantly due to a number of reasons, which are presented in the paper. The article examines the features of state support for investment activities in the development of the agar sector of Ukraine. The analysis shows that in all developed countries the agricultural sector of the economy enjoys state support because it directly affects the country's food security and its role and place in the world economy. Annual restrictions on public funding, lack of effective credit mechanisms in agriculture, strict and imperfect tax policy, increasing imports of agricultural products have contributed to the fact that domestic agricultural producers have lost almost all sources of capital formation and accumulation, which, in turn, negatively affected the functioning of industries, technologically related to agriculture. Currently, for agricultural organizations as a system that has its own specifics, which is manifested in direct dependence on climatic conditions, seasonality and characteristics of the technological process, the issue of finding sources of investment, the use of investment resources to revive innovation in agricultural enterprises, which will help restore the reproduction process in agriculture. The set of factors of investment dynamics is large and diverse, and therefore, the impact of each of them on investment activity is not unambiguous. This is due to a weak study of the theory and methodology of investment in the agricultural sector, the lack of scientifically sound investment development strategy AIP, which takes into account the peculiarities of the functioning of economic entities in the agricultural sector in modern market conditions of Ukraine
