Abstract:- The comparative clinical analysis, taking into account the nature of complaints of neurological status and indicators of evaluation scales (NIHSS, Orgogozo, Skandinavskaya, Gusev and Skvortsova, Bartel) in the acute (21 days after the onset of stroke) period of cardioembolic stroke (CEI), revealed a regression of individual clinical and neurological manifestations, as well as an overall improvement in the indicators of evaluation scales in the time interval from the debut (acute period) to the end of the acute period of CEI
