This is an individual based model of the infection spread in the spatially structured population. The model uses population density map (PDM) which can be loaded into the model to place the individuals and limit their movements according to PDM pixel values (8-bit, greyscale BMP). The user can set main parameters of the model: population size, mobility, infection distance, infection probability, percentage of commuters, duration of infection and so on to explore the temporal and spatial dynamics of the epidemics in chosen region (need to load own PDM).
