Diffusion Controlled Rates using an Oleophilic Cation Exchange Resin in Non-Aqueous Media

The parameters investigated included concentration of electrolyte, temperature and radius of the resin. The rate determining mechanism is most probably particle diffusion controlled. The diffusion coefficient of Na in the resin resembles the value for the free diffusion of Na in the corresponding solvent used for the experiment
