The article is devoted to the study of variations in the seismodynamics of the planet Earth at different time intervals and search for cause-and-effect relationships that explain the regularity of their manifestation. The variation of seismic anomalies for the annual interval, as well as are considered the dynamics of global anomalies for 17-years. The hypothesis for cyclically of annual seismic instability presented. The calculated mathematical model for anomalies with a long-time interval of cyclically showed, if no changes occur at the planet, by 2050 the seismic activity of Earth would increase by almost 200 times.
