Abstract

In an epigenome-wide association study of blood DNA methylation in adults conducted in the Agricultural Lung Health Study, 524 differentially methylated CpG sites were associated with non-atopic asthma (FDR<0.05) and 1,086 differentially methylated CpGs were associated with atopic asthma. No CpG sites were differentially methylated in relation to atopy alone
