In this paper, we develop a framework for tensor product with imprecise and indeterminate bounds as a neutrosophic submodule of an R-modules. The fundamental goal of this study is to extend the conventional tensor product in contemporary algebra to the most generalized domain of neutrosophic set algebraic structures. We discuss the construction of tensor product in neutrosophic submodules as a quotient space in this study and derives the universal uniqueness property of tensor product in neutrosophic domain
