iGMDR was constructed through ModelLab to collect and collate the response model of cancer drug therapy. The model is derived from genetic analysis of cancer and its drug response experiments, and feature types of model includes common genetic variants. The models we collected were based not only on the results of in vivo experiments, but also on the prediction of drug trials for cell lines in vitro. The construction of iGMDR will be beneficial to investigate the mechanism of action of anti-cancer drugs and the effectiveness of anti-cancer therapies, and further promote the personalized use of anti-cancer drugs. We are providing full access to the contents of the first stable release of iGMDR and are distributing the data as a MySQL dump. ...
