This repository provides the supplementary info to the manuscript "Distributed Acoustic Sensing in Volcano-Glacial Environments - Mount Meager, British Columbia". It contains an animation of a few events, a video showing the deployment of the cable, and a Jupyter Notebook that processes the data of a single event. The jupyter notebook is written with python and the following packages are required: numpy, matplotlib, obspy and pyasdf. The files in this repository are: Mount Meager Notebook.ipynb: the notebook with all the examples. ev_2126.h5: a raw data file that is processed in the notebook. xyz.npy: gps information that is used in the notebook, it is stored as a numpy array. func_shift.py: a function to apply precise timeshifts to data...
