Happiness is the positive emotion of joy, satisfaction, and gladness. Job satisfaction is one’s attitude towards one’s job or its components expressed in hedonic liking or disliking. Life satisfaction is the extent of satisfaction with life. Happiness in an employee’s life contributes to their life satisfaction but is job satisfaction a reason for this relationship? The question inspired this study among 325 employees (Mage=35.42, SDage=9.34) of Nepal. Using a mediation model, the answer has been sought.
