Résumé Les études sur la relation entre l'innovation et les ressources humaines se sont principalement concentrés sur les différentes caractéristiques des salariés (Damanpour, 1991 ; Kimberly et Evanisko, 1981), ils ont tendance à explorer la relation entre ces caractéristiques et l'innovation (Amabile, 1997 ; Shipton et al., 2006). D’un autre côté, les chercheurs ont étudié l'effet des caractéristiques de l'organisation sur l’innovation (Zahra, 1993 ; Debackere et al., 1996 ; Becheikh et al., 2006a).
