This seems to me to be a very likely translation of "Tekiseton Dagoy" in Phrygian, and close to what Alexander Lubotsky suggested in his 2021 paper on the inscription. If correct, once again we see that Phrygian was close to Greek. Phrygian was not close to the Burushaski/Burusho language as Ilija Casule argued recently and still does; though Burushaski may have some cognates with Phrygian and other IE languages.
