Abstract The factors effecting the quality of life among the elderly people living in Ranong province of Thailand is rarely addressed by previous studies. Although, quality of life of elderly people has major importance, however, still this phenomenon is ignored by the literature. Thus, this study attempted to identify the factors effecting the quality of life for the elderly people living in Ranong province, Thailand. Results of the study obtained by carrying out a survey among the elderly community. A questionnaire survey is used to collect data from the respondents.
