Abstract: Nurse managers must have critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills in order to improve the patient care system, make effective decision, and attain the institutional outcomes, and achieve institutional aims. Aim: Assess the effect of implementing a training strategy about problem solving and measuring its’ effect on thinking and decision making styles of nurse managers.
