The main objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of ethics based leadership on employees’ attitudes including job satisfaction and commitment to organization. A quantitative methodology was chosen to test hypotheses and investigate causality between variables. The findings were tested using Smart PLS 3 software. This research confirms the positive association among both ethical leadership and followers’ job satisfaction and commitment.Ethical Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitmen
