Methods of Foreign Experience Implementation for Civil Servants' Professional Training in Ukraine

The article defines the essence of civil servants’ professional training , investigates various foreign models of civil servants’ training, reveals the advantages of their individual elements, which proves the importance of using these elements in the modern Ukrainian system of professional training, retraining and advanced training in government authorities.
