Role of Libraries in 21st Century

Libraries have existed for hundreds of years but in today’s digital world, where we have at our fingertips access to an endless collection of information, a new standard of information literacy has emerged. Libraries are collections of books and other information resources gathered for the purposes of reading, study, and reference.
