ABSTRACT Introduction: Patient satisfaction is now an important indicator to assess the quality of health services. Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to estimate the patient satisfaction of the General Hospital of Volos 'Achilopouleio' (GHV) who visited the Department of Physical Medicine for physiotherapy services. Material and Methods: The PSQ questionnaire of Monnin & Perneger PSQ (2002) was given to 104 outpatients of the Department of Physical Medicine of the GHV, who participated in this study.
