This study is aimed to know whether organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of lecturers. The research method used is a quantitative approach through a survey method using path analysis techniques, with a total population of 316 lecturers, from this population, a research sample of 177 lecturers was determined using the Slovin formula. Two sets of questionnaire sheets consisting of 34 statements and 26 statements were used as the instruments of this research, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics.
