D1.5 Final Report

This final report summarises the objectives, work performed, and achievements of the PRACE project. The mission of this Preparatory Phase project has been to prepare for the creation of a persistent pan-European HPC-service as a permanent Research Infrastructure as envisioned in the ESFRI Roadmap. The service will be provided by 3-5 superior centres that will form the Tier-0 level of the European HPC ecosystem
