This presentation describes how satellite imagery can be stitched together in a time-progressive sequenced movie to view Earth motion. This form of remote sensing imagery is useful for education, research, and natural disaster prediction. Examples of movies made by the authors are given, including for reservoir characterization and how Earth motion from satellite imagery challenges traditional static views of how depositional environments work
