This research aimed to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the valuation of the Balse ng Desposorio folk dance within the community of Baranggay Malanggam, Malolos Bulacan. The primary focus was on exploring its cultural significance, identifying the challenges it faces, and evaluating the prospects for its preservation. Through an in-depth qualitative approach, encompassing methods such as in- depth interviews, focus group discussions, and participant observation, the study delved into the multifaceted dimensions of the dance's value, shedding light on its role in the local cultural landscape as an integral component of Malolos's cultural identity
