Abstract: Approximately 44 million people worldwide have Alzheimer's disease (AD). Numerous claims have been made regarding the influence of diet on AD development. In particular, in today’s world it is unavoidable to consume ultra-processed food as it provides people with a more convenient lifestyle. However, many previous researches have shown that ultra-processed food intake affects health outcomes, for example, metabolic diseases, cardiovascular problems, and also effects to cognitive function.
