project_setup gave an unclear error message when no source data was provided. --source_data is now a required option. dcm2bids gives more detailed error messages when an input is missing glm_setup now gives more detailed error messages when no subjects or tasks are found project_setup now automatically creates a project directoy based on the input path if the input path does not exist (only relevant if your --source_data is external to the project directory) glm_setup no longer fails to run when batch mode is turned off For high-use cli commands, the "business logic" functions have been abstracted away from their click CLI interfaces, which makes them more readily available within Python for scripting/debugging purposes (only applies to project setup, bids conversion, fmriprep steps - to be expanded in future!
