Andragogy is the art and science of assisting people in learning, as well as the study of adult education philosophy, procedures, and technology. Andragogy and economy have relation through adult education and higher education. Adult education and economic development strengthen one another. The objectives of this study are- to investigate situation of andragogy in particular fields of education of Bangladesh, to identify the ways about how approaches of andragogy in South-East Asia be redesigned in Bangladesh as a part of improvement or adaptation in those particular fields.
