Metabolinks: a Python package for high-resolution-MS metabolomics data analysis

Metabolinks aims at providing several tools that streamline metabolomics data-analysis workflow. This is version 0.71, featuring new pre-processing tasks implemented as pandas functions and scikit-learn Transformers.The authors also acknowledge the support from Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (Portugal) though the project PTDC/BAA-MOL/28675/2017 and from the Portuguese Mass Spectrometry Network (LISBOA-01-0145-FEDER-022125)
