ПАРИЗЬКА МИРНА КОНФЕРЕНЦІЯ І СТВОРЕННЯ МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ПРАЦІ

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the establishment of the International Labor Organization, as well as the formation of an international system of social protection of workers. The history of this organization was complex and rich in many important events, which are inextricably linked with the most important stages of world development in the new and modern times. It is noted that at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries the idea of forming an international center with powers in the field of social protection of workers was transferred into practical scope (as evidenced by the orientation of the decisions of the Bern Conference, which was held in 1906). The search for new forms of labor relations and social protection of workers has been greatly accelerated as a result of the tragic events and consequences of the First World War. The essence of the discussions at the Paris Peace Conference, which prompted the formation of this organization, was described. Unlike previous attempts to reform the world's law and order, it has already been said that humanistic ideals are confirmed in international relations. The position of the most influential state leaders who took an active part in the work of the conference was analyzed in detail. They focused on general issues of reorganization of the world order and, in general, did not interfere in the work of individual commissions. At the same time, it was noted that one of the positive decisions of the conference was the formation of a system of international protection of workers. This is due to the involvement of well-known specialists and specialists in its work, as well as the maturation of the general preconditions for the creation of an international organization with the appropriate powers.
