Estimating suspended sediment concentration (SSC) and flux using a globally applicable calibration for surface-reflectance satellite images. The code for this project can all be run in sequence, beginning by making an R project, then running the .R files at archived and updated here. Begin with `0_download_files_from_zenodo.R`, which will download the files from this repository and make folders in your project directory that will store the files. Then progress through the other .R files (1-10) to do the analysis and generate the figures in our Science paper. These files are also archived here on Zenodo. If you wish to just work with the data that we ended up with, it's all stored in the evandethier_entire_project_outlet-rivers.zip.
