Estimating suspended sediment concentration (SSC) and flux using a globally applicable calibration for surface-reflectance satellite images. The code for this project can all be run in sequence, beginning by making an R project, then running the .R files at archived and updated here. Begin with `0_download_files_from_zenodo.R`, which will download the files from this repository and make folders in your project directory that will store the files. Then progress through the other .R files (1-10) to do the analysis and generate the figures in our Science paper. These files are also archived here on Zenodo.
