Objective: Migraine is a neurovascular disease with a widespread prevalence that affects the quality of life of patients. In our study, we aimed to investigate blood lipid levels, body mass index (BMI) and visceral adiposity index (VAI) values and their relations with migraine severity in patients with migraine. Methods: This prospective study was conducted with 227 patients diagnosed with migraine and 100 healthy volunteers. Participants’ demographic characteristics were recorded, their blood lipid levels were measured, and BMI and VAI values were calculated.
