Esta guía tiene por objetivo describir las especificaciones para la anotación de menciones relacionadas con la topografía neoplásica en 1.101 reportes de anatomía patológica provenientes de la Fundación Arturo López Perez (FALP). La referencia principal para la identificación de dichas menciones será la terminología CIE-O-3-T.
