RESUMEN El lipoblastoma es un tumor benigno de tejido adiposo característico de la edad pediátrica. Su localización más frecuente es en extremidades, aunque se ha descrito en diferentes sitios. La presentación abdominal representa alrededor de un 7%, siendo la localización en mesenterio poco habitual. Se presenta el caso de un preescolar femenino de 2 años 3 meses de edad con diagnóstico anatomopatológico de lipoblastoma en mesenterio.
