India is a country with a democratic constitution that speaks for civil liberties for all its citizens. Freedom from exploitation is a basic right for all citizens of a democratic country because, if a citizen is not free from exploitation, then a country cannot be justified as a democratic one. The theoretical parameters of democracy argue for its institutions, via- Legislative, Executive, and Judiciary to adopt a mechanism for excluding all forms of exploitations by ensuring civil liberties to all its citizens.
