The global growth and popularity of user experience with the Internet from academia research to multimedia has significantly increased the amount of information online and services available to public domain. This growth has created an unprecedented level of congestion on network infrastructures; scarce network bandwidths, valuable resources which are important and are obstacle to Internet access.
