Principles of International Cooperation in the Field of Combating Corruption

The article discusses the current issue of international cooperation in the field of combating corruption and its principles. The subject of this work is the study of the provisions of the Declaration on the Principles of International Law concerning friendly relations and cooperation between states in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, revealing the general characteristics and directions of international cooperation. Analysis of Articles 3, 8, 19, 55, 57, 84, 94 of the Constitution of Ukraine. Analysis of various studies and articles by domestic scientists on corruption in the world and international cooperation. The aim of the study is to identify and disclose general principles characteristic of any area of international cooperation, as well as special principles inherent only in the field of combating corruption. The issue of principles of international cooperation in the field of combating corruption is not fully disclosed. Many of the analyzed and used scientific research in this article concerns the definition of the essence of corruption, its consequences for society, or only the disclosure of the concept and content of international cooperation. From this follows the relevance of the study of the principles of international cooperation in the field of combating corruption. The article analyzes the legal norms of an international normative legal act, as well as the norms of domestic legislation concerning the definition and disclosure of the content of the principles of international cooperation in the field of combating corruption. The concept of corruption and its danger both for the state and for the whole world have been defined. The essence of international cooperation is revealed, and its main directions are investigated. On the basis of the study, a conclusion was made regarding the general characteristics of international cooperation in the field of combating corruption, as well as the implementation of such cooperation
