The aim of the paper is to give an overview of the literature that is available to study the impact of Multiple Intelligence on the Career Choice of Secondary Students. The study will understand all the work that has been done previously. It will identify the gaps in the existing literature and emphasize the need for further research. It has been found that schools prepare students to pass examinations but rarely equip them about career opportunities that are available to them according to their innate strength.
