This code, written for GRASS GIS (7.2 version), has been developed during the EcoNAOS research project (led by CNR-ISMAR Venice - Italy) which has the aim to practically apply Open Science principles to a long term ecological dataset valorization project. The dataset collects 50 years of oceanographic data (abiotic, phyto- and zooplantkon) coming from several cruises. The dataset has been published on Zenodo (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3516717) and a data paper on Earth System Science Data supplies a wide metadatation for the dataset (https://doi.org/10.5194/essd-2019-111).
