This study looked at the correlation between teachers’ job satisfaction at the higher education level and self-efficacy. The study was descriptive and based on correlations. The population included teachers from each of the 22 public universities in Punjab, Pakistan. A sample of 405 faculty members was selected through a two-stage sampling procedure. The data was gathered using two measures that participants self-reported. A sample size of 405 faculty members from seven public universities in the Punjab region was used to collect the data. Inferential statistical techniques were used to examine the data. The study found that self-efficacy and job satisfaction were positively correlated.
