This study aimed to prioritize alternative policies and allocate resources for beef cattle development. It was conducted in Gorontalo Regency, from January to April 2019. The survey method was used to collect data and solve problems. Secondary data sourced from related institutions and primary data from livestock stakeholders. Respondents were determined through judgment sampling techniques, such as people who understand the problems of developing beef cattle. Secondary data collected through documentation, while primary data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires using the Saaty Scale. Data analysis uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process method.
