Dental implant became the solution to conventional dentures and bridges these days. Both single crown implants and implant-supported fixed partial dentures came as the options for restoring partially missing teeth. Fixed implant supported restorations could be screwed, cemented, or both through cemented prosthesis with palatal or lingual fastening screws. Understanding the advantages and disadvantages of each system are important. This case report will show step by step of implant placement using bone level implant fixture and screw and cement retained zirconia restoration.
