Aim: In this study, it was aimed to determine the job motivation and job engagement levels of nurses, to examine these variables according to sociodemographic characteristics, and to analyze the relationship between job motivation and job engagement. Materials-Methods: This descriptive study was conducted with nurses jobing in the intensive care units of a tertiary hospital. 200 nurses participated in the study and the participation rate was 59.6%. The survey method was used as the data collection method in the research, and the UWES-9 Utrecht Job Engagement Scale and the Multidimensional Job Motivation Scale were used.
