Diversity plays a vital role in the success of business if it is managed properly. Age diversity is the heterogeneity in the organization in term of age. In every organization, there is a conflict between the mindset of generations. Conservative and modern thinking in organization cause resistance of decisions. Although both experienced and young employees were fruitful for the organization if they were properly managed.
